Get out of the IT rut…

While taking a call from an automotive dealer this week, I stumbled upon an alarming fact. He gets about one visit from his IT support team per year, YES –ONE PER YEAR.

Now excuse me for being picky, but in my experience IT issues are occurring all the time, be it new installations, hardware failure & upgrades,  or just preventative maintenance – the list is endless, so I would have thought seeing your friendly IT guy each week would be the least you would expect for your annual support expenditure. I don’t know of these techies’ proximity to the Comedy Store but they were certainly having a laugh at their customers’ expense.

I’ve raised this issue because at KJL we believe in support with a capital “S”. No shortcuts, no “you’ll have to wait until the next time someone comes over”, we jump at any issue that causes our customer any interruption in their business – ie their livelihood and ultimately ours.
