Kevin James

Founder / Managing Director

Kevin is the Founder and Managing Director at KJL, where he leads business strategy and acquisitions.

Kevin is a highly experienced IT engineer and software developer, adept at helping businesses maintain high standards of excellence, especially during periods of growth and expansion. Kevin oversees a number of ongoing projects within our customer’s business – from migrating in-house services to KJL’s powerful hosted platform, to creating new websites, leading marketing strategy and helping clients achieve goals focused within a particular arena.

Greg French

IT Operations Director

Greg is the Operations Director at KJL, where he leads technical strategy, hosting and networking.

Greg is a fully qualified and highly experienced Microsoft specialist. He oversees a number of customer installations from start-to-finish and oversees large scale IT projects, including the migration of internal IT Solutions to the Cloud. Greg also oversees website management, ensuring the latest patching of security updates onto our hosted platform, including hosting for the Evolution DMS with our partners at Gemini Systems.

Stephen Driscoll

Service Manager

Stephen is the IT Service Manager at KJL, where he oversees delivery of all IT services for our customers.

Stephen is a highly experienced IT Solutions and IT Service Manager, achieving optimised delivery of services for our customers. He also manages the support team, ensuring a joined-up approach to service management and the proper attentiveness to critical support requirements. He deals with customers on a day-to-day basis to ensure the KJL always deliver at the highest standards and all solutions are fit for our customers needs.

Sumit Sachdeva

Senior Developer

Sumit is a Senior Developer at KJL, where he leads software development projects.

Sumit is a highly experienced software developer, who leads a development team dedicated to managing bespoke requests for KJL Solutions and web-based application needs for our customers. With a background in advanced programming (specialising in SQL) he is perfectly placed to manage and tailor solutions to meet our customer requirements effectively – producing outstanding results without compromising on areas such as server security.

Hector Westropp

Digital Marketing Analyst

Hector is the Digital Marketing Manager at KJL, where he leads creation of websites and content.

Hector is a professional Digital Marketing Expert, adept at helping businesses achieve specific goals for their business. His background comes from many years working within design and marketing agencies, with experience marketing premium software used by blue-chip companies around the world. In addition to websites he also has proven expertise in print design, animation and video creation.

Liam Still

Senior Support Analyst

Liam is a Senior Support Analyst at KJL, where he oversees user support, workplace management and hardware installation.

Liam is a fully qualified and highly experienced Microsoft support engineer. He manages a number of on-site customer installations and large scale IT projects, including phone setups, server infrastructure and firewalls. Liam also conducts remote user support, working with customers to quickly find and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

Steve Chapman

Senior Support Analyst

Steve is a Senior Support Analyst at KJL, where he oversees firewall, web-monitoring and perimeter security.

Steve is a fully qualified and highly experienced Microsoft support engineer. He manages bespoke networking and firewall setups, including real-time monitoring and virus protection. He is also involved in large scale IT project rollouts and building security setups for new customers. Steve also conducts remote user support, working with customers to quickly find and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

Mike Lilley

Kerridge / Autoline Specialist

Mike is a Kerridge and Autoline Support Specialist at KJL, where he oversees management of Kerridge Commercial Systems, CDK Rev 8 and Autoline Drive.

Mike is a fully qualified and highly experienced Kerridge Support Engineer. He manages bespoke DMS setups, including purchasing, training and support. He supports queries and issues across the full range of features and ensures an effective setup for backups depending on company size. Mike also conducts remote user support, working with customers to quickly find and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

Callum Montgomery

Support Engineer

Callum is a Support Engineer at KJL, where he oversees user support requests, on-site hardware and systems administration.

Callum is a highly experienced Microsoft support engineer with Advanced level qualifications in IT Systems. He manages a wide variety of tasks including hardware setups, networking, problem-solving and Office 365 licencing for our customers. He also works within large scale IT project rollouts and conducts front-line remote user support, working with customers to quickly find and resolve any issues they may be experiencing.

Julie is a Special Projects and Admin Support Professional at KJL, where she oversees user support requests, on-site hardware and systems administration.

Julie is a highly experienced Support team member with extensive experience covering a range of skills including Microsoft 365 licencing, Ford systems user management and back-end administrative processes. She manages a wide variety of tasks including user management issues for our customers. She also supports IT project roll-outs and conducts front-line remote user support.
