The key feature of DQMS is simplicity. Create a quote is an 8 point process starting at customer selection which includes invoice to, register to, end user and broker through to printing a quotation or order. Other tabs include FFO and DFA selection, discounts and totals, special instructions and profit analysis. As DQMS is a multiuser solution management can monitor closely quotations and order together with deal profitability.

DQMS has a built in daily operation control module (DOC) to ensure you keep track of order profitability. Analysis selection can be done by month and sales executive. Financial data can also be linked to Excel to merge external data sources.

Manufacturer Pricing

DQMS currently links to Ford Motor Company pricing allowing users to quickly select vehicle wholesale pricing information. This is regular updated as and when new pricing is made available or indeed new models are launched. Other manufactures can be included upon dealer request.

DQMS also includes a CRM solution which allows sales executives to manage prospects and customers. This includes a quote to order follow-up module to ensure you never miss a deal. With its additional profit management and sales analysis tools DQMS is a must for any dealership which want to take control of its fleet operation.

Fleet Quote Copy

DQMS include a very useful fleet copy function which allows the user to create a template vehicle and then duplicate it up to 15 times. This is especially useful for those fleet companies which require a single quote per vehicle where then may only be colour changes or minor detail changes.
