Manufacturer Payment Reconciliation System
One of the challenges facing many Ford Dealers across the UK is the management and reconciliation of MPS payments. Even with smaller dealership operations this can be a time consuming process.
To remove the headache of payment reconciliation KJL has created MPRS. Reconciliation is achieved by taking a direct feed from the dealerships BCM server, and vehicle data direct from the dealers DMS. Using the two data sources MPRS is able to present a host of search and analysis functions together with key payment analysis reports. However, MPRS does not stop there, its foundation allows the solution to be adapted to any dealer’s accounting process. Auto journals can be created for posting back to the DMS. MPRS in most cases is also able to electronically post journals back to the DMS.
